The service works like this:

You complete a quick online questionnaire detailing your skills and experience to date. The questionnaire is especially designed so that you can emphasise those areas where your experience is greater than others. Whilst you need to tell us your contact details these are blocked from view to employers and all other parties so your confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Employers search on the site against the same paramaters you use to register your details.
If your experience matches their job criteria they will contact you direct via an intermediary mailing device. This means that, whilst an email will appear at the email address you enter when you regisiter - the employer can not see this email. He/she sees only the word 'Contact' against your registration. The only time an employer will receive your email address is when and IF you decide to reply to his contact email. You can then choose to respond or not. If you do choose to respond, at that stage you would reveal who you are. You may be asked by the employer to send your full CV or to complete an application form for their vacancy. From here-on-in you will deal only with the employer direct and no agencies are involved in the selection process.
